Head Chef Seb Gorbea, originally from Argentina, brings a unique and inspired approach to our kitchen—blending classic English cuisine with bold international flavours and touches of his South American heritage. His passion for cooking is rooted in a field-to-fork philosophy, with every dish thoughtfully crafted using fresh, locally sourced ingredients where availabilty allows.

Seb’s Argentine background subtly influences the menu—from flavour pairings to cooking techniques—adding depth and character to each plate.

 

With a strong focus on seasonality, quality, and creativity, our menu evolves throughout the year, complemented by weekly specials that celebrate the freshest produce and latest inspirations.
